Spa Policy


For your appointment at Polished, on time arrival is very much appreciated. Group appointments of two or more, we kindly request you arrive 15 minutes early for a relaxed experience.


We accept walk-ins, however, we recommend calling in advance, even if it means calling an hour beforehand to ensure you get an appointment.


Standard Services: There is a 24-hour cancellation notice required for all appointments.

Spa Parties: There is a non refundable 20% deposit required that will automatically apply towards gratuities for our ladies, any cancellations within 24 hours of the party will be paid as a no show due to the expenditures and staffing involved.


We accept personal check with proper ID, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept SpaFinder Gift Certificates.

Polished is a relaxing environment. We kindly request cell phone usage be kept to a minimum to not disturb our other guests.
